Authentic Indian Elegance meets Corporate style

One of my most memorable memories with Taj Lands End was organizing the corporate dinners at Masala bay. The private dining room would be decorated with marigolds and lotuses with golden motifs adding a sense of opulence to the dining experience.
Once the menus were decided and the wines picked by the host, the service team eagerly await their guests. Soft Indian classical music plays through the restaurant and the guests are welcomed traditionally with jasmine garlands.
Service begins with the service of Fratelli wines paired with the starter course of the Galauti kebab(a lamb kebab with a melt-in-the-mouth texture) and Chatpata Bhutta(a tamarind based baby corn). Each course was paired with a wine for this event. The mains include Lamb Curry, Butter Chicken, Lasooni Palak(a dish prepared with garlic and spinach), Pinde ke Chole (a spicy chickpea preparation), a variety of Indian breads including Parathas, Naan, and Tandoori Roti.
